In our Group Classes, Push, Pull, Press, Squat, Lunge, Twist, Throw, Hinge, Dip, Jump, and Run to perform well in your Spartan Race!

Play on obstacles here like the Slip Wall, Monkey Bars, Rope Climb, Hercules Hoist, Wall Climb, Olympus Wall, Spear Throw, push and pull a sled, and carry around heavy buckets and logs, too, all to simulate how a Spartan Race is!

How to start training for a Spartan or other Obstacle Race:

  1. We will use the Level Method to find out your Overall Level to see where you stand in your ability to complete a Spartan or other Obstacle Race.

  2. After finding your Overall Level, you will start training in Group Classes.

  3. You are assigned personalized Obstacle-Specific Training while training in Group Classes.
