Super Breakfast Idea
Try this one out to vary up your breakfast choices!
Acquire your Materials for Production :) on the weekend, and prepare your breakfast meals ahead of time, preferably RIGHT AFTER buying them...making enough for however many days you want to be prepared for:
Coconut oil - ALL THE GOOD FAT! :)
Peppered bacon - ALL THE GOOD FAT 2 (and protein)!
Egg - FAT and PROTEIN! - Maybe cook this the morning of, or even to hard/soft-boiled eggs
Napa cabbage - GOOD (low glycemic) CARBS! Antioxidant-rich too!
Red onion - GOOD (low glycemic) CARBS! Antioxidant-rich too!
Basil - ALL THE BENEFITS!
Oregano - SUPER BENEFITS TOO!
Himalayan pink sea salt - Salt your water too!
