Training for Robie Creek Half Marathon starts Monday, 2/5!
We'll be training in the gym working on strength and conditioning 3-4 times a week, as well as running up to 3 times a week!
Training will consist of strength and conditioning exercises/movements, as well as running drills and skills, short interval, long interval, and tempo/time trial runs!
Get and stay strong, while training to run longer, faster, and pain-free!
Be efficient with your training, and be ready to tackle Robie Creek in 3 months!
